L’amabilité de Personnel, la propreté et le petit déjeuner La jeune femme de la réception,Alison, est exceptionnelle de gentillesse, de professionnalisme, de bienveillance, d’e bonté . Le monsieur qui s’occupe de l’accueil également et des petits déjeunes est très très sympathique également. Le personnel de cet établissement est vraiment exceptionnel !

Le fait qu’on ne peut pas dormir dans les chambres sans avoir fermé les fenêtres car on entend les voitures dehors

Beautiful hotel with very friendly staff. The room was spacious and super clean, the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was freshly prepared and tasty.The views from the breakfast room of the surrounding mountains is incredible!Location was good, an easy walk to the city center. We really loved our stay!

Le camere sono ricavate all'interno di una bella casa antica. La colazione è ottima e servita in un locale sul tetto con panorama sulla città. Camere sufficientemente ampie. 10 minuti a piedi dal centro città. Cosa desiderare di più?

The staff was amazing! Location was maybe a 10 min walk from the city center, where you can find all the sights and restaurants. The walk didn’t bother us at all. You can also get a taxi. The room was clean and the property was so pretty. The view from their rooftop where you can eat breakfast was great!

Casa Arequipa is a beautiful, well-appointed hotel with staff who are friendly and welcoming. The rooms are all charming, clean and comfortable. The hotel is a colonial casa that has been tastefully and colourfully decorated. I would have liked to spend more time relaxing in the lovely common spaces or on the rooftop. The breakfast was perfect and served up with a view of the mountains. The neighbourhood is a 15 to 20 minute walk to the Centro. Great, calm place for solo travellers.

I loved everything about the property, but it is easy to get lost on the way back, despite the well-marked map. The fast traffic can be distracting, but I eventually got the hang of my route with a lot of practice and memorization of landmarks!

Wir wurden sehr persönlich und nett empfangen. In der Lobby gibt es Tee und Kaffee. Die Einrichtung des Hotels ist schön und sehr geschmackvoll, die Zimmer sehr gemütlich. Die grosse Dachterasse mit schöner Sitzgelegenheit bietet einen tollen Blich auf die Vulkane.
