Sehr authentische Unterkunft! Tolle Architektur (Empfangshalle mit grosser Treppe), wundervolle Aussicht von der Dachterasse. Zimmer waren gemütlich und sehr sauber! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, was auch an den liebenswerten Gastgebern lag!

The owner is truly wonderful — he went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. He prepared packed food for my hike, lent me a towel for my trip, and even let me keep the room until my flight time. The property itself is beautiful — a charming, well-designed old house with lots of character. Breakfast is served on a lovely balcony overlooking the mountains. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!

The center is about 10-15 minutes walk, may be far for some people

The owner and staff were so friendly! Breakfast was great- simple but wonderful fruit, cheese, and bread with the option of eggs. We would absolutely stay here again.

I would have preferred to have a key or code to let myself in to the building. I felt bad that they needed to always be "on call". Also note that you're a 10-15 minute walk to the center. It's easy going back but somewhat uphill when leaving. Nice,.quiet neighborhood.

Very beautiful place in a quiet and good location in Arequipa. The staff was awesome and helpful Amazing building and style, really love it The room was very nice and the bed was very comfy.

The bath could be renovated and the bathroom was bit cold. I think it could have been better for a hotel of that type. WiFi wasn’t that good
