The Location is hard to beat, small but very clean room,WiFi should be a bit faster, we were on the first floor and we were only getting 20 Mbps.something to think about if you need better for work . Water pressure for shower was good and Hot

WiFi as I said was below average , we had no window, but this made the room very quiet.
