Lugar excepcional!! Fica em uma antiga casa típica de Toscana! Conta ainda com um lindo jardim com vista para colinas e vinhedos onde se pode tomar café da manhã ou fazer picnic! O quarto é confortável, o banheiro ótimo! Ficaria novamente!

Beautiful views and location in San Donato which felt like a tiny hidden gem. Staff were excellently friendly, especially Francesca who gave us great recommendations. We enjoyed having a glass of wine at the Frattoria next door. Room was comfortable, clean and homely. Loved the wide opening windows on to life outside. The cooking class was excellent - lots of fun and a really memorable evening.

The breakfast was a little disappointing- there are no cooking facilities so it is all cold, which is fine, but felt not quite to our tastes. We also ate indoors as it was raining so that missed the picnic element. The cooking class felt a little overpriced for what it was.

Lovely, comfortable property. Wonderful winery that may or may not be associated with the property that has excellent meals and wine tastings as well as various other activities that is I highly recommended for wonderful food and wine at excellent prices.

The property was listed as having a coffee maker, and there wasn't one. That's kind of a big deal to me. I believe there was also not a microwave. If you need coffee in the morning, bring instant coffee and prepare to use a PAN to heat up the water. If you eat at the adjacent restaurant you won't need to worry about heating up leftovers.

Das Frühstück ist zu klein, viel zu wenig. Unser zimmer leider gleich an der Rezeption, weshalb man dann alles im Zimmer hört.

Our stay exceeded our expectations - not only because the property itself was idyllic, but in large part because of the owners. A team of brilliant women run this property with the highest attention to detail in both style and service. Not only do they curate the most precious and dreamy breakfast picnic for you, offer great local recommendations, and even help make special arrangements for various experiences (like horseback riding through a vineyard), but they are also the kindest, warmest hosts you could ever wish for. They really went above and beyond and you can tell that they love what they do. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful, unique stay off the beaten path in Tuscany. A few helpful notes to guests: 1. If you do want to participate in any of the offered activities like yoga, horseback riding, etc. let them know ahead of your stay so they can make the arrangements. It's more likely you'll be able to do them if you plan ahead. 2. Bring cash for the city tax. 3. You'll need a car to get here and parking is free and easy on the property. Day trips to others cities in Tuscany are also super easy.
