The hotel staff was great - best hotel in Cuenca. Edison was very helpful and the food was excellent as well.. We will return to this hotel

Nice staff. The personnel were really attentive and supportive. 10/10!!! Location was great. Just 12 minute walk from the Ordoñez Lasso Tranvía station.

Some hotel premises looked abandoned (e.g. spa area, sauna, pool’s bathroom and change rooms). Restaurant’s menu might be overpriced and serving sizes can be improved.

La variedad, sabor y atención en el desayuno es ESPECTACULAR. Habitaciones implecables, sábanas y camas muy cómodas.

Me costó un poco la distancia de la habitación al estacionamiento. También pueden mejorar el área de piscina (decoración, ambientación), el agua es temperada y estuvo excelente.

"Professional and welcoming staff"

The hotel is in a convenient location to a variety of restaurants & is within walking distance to the park that follows the Tomabamba River. The hotel staff is professional, friendly, and welcoming. Wilson Ortiz immediately put me at ease when I checked in and made sure I was put in a room that was quiet and amenable to working on-site. No problems with the internet! I was so impressed with the friendliness of the entire Oro Verde staff. Given I was on an extended solo work trip, the warmth & responsiveness of the staff made my stay a stress free and enjoyable experience.

Las habitaciones son cómodas y poseen de todo.

Lo que se refiere a acceso a sillas de ruedas falta una rampa o algo para que al momento de ingresar por el parqueado no deba ingresar por la piscina.
