It is a lovely hotel in a beautiful part of Italy. We visited out of season and were upgraded to a room where it was imperative to contemplate the peaceful view across the lake, book in hand. The food is exquisite - just as good as the view from the breakfast and dinning rooms where sumptuous meals are served with smiling service. We spent two blissful days, relaxing and recharging for the next leg of our journey across Europe.

There was very little I didnt like! It was pretty perfect. If the swimming pool had been open it would have been great but despite the hot weather, it had closed. An excuse, as if we need one, to return earlier in the season!
