Lovely views of the lake from our balcony. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast. Liked the boat from the jetty which took you to Isola San Giulio and to other places around the lake.

La chambre avec superbe vue sur le lac. Très beau buffet poir le petit déjeuner. Restaurant à essayer car il est très bon.

Les chambres côté rue sont un peu bruyantes

Notre chambre donnait sur la route et la climatisation ne pouvait pas etre activée au mois d'avril ce qui nous a contraint de dormir la fenêtre ouverte car il faisait trop chaud. La route estvtres passante ce qui fait que nous n'avons pas bien dormi malgré le confort de la chambre. Je recommande une chambre vue lac.

The room on the lake with a balcony had a fantastic view. The linens were lovely! Those on staff were always ready and willing to help! Loved being in the location 30 minutes from Lake Maggiore--we could go out for the day and come back to the quiet of the hotel!

The eggs at breakfast could have been better. The hard boiled ones were cold and the scrambled ones were nothing special.
