"No funcionaba la calefacción y personal de recepción maleducado"

Quizás la ubicación, aunque no era centro estaba a 12 minutos estacion y a unos 20 del centro. Y q no se escuchaban ruidos, siempre y cuando no conectaras la calefacción

La calefacción central no funciona, y nos ha pillado la ola de frío, había un aparato en la habitación para calentar q parecía un tractor cuando lo encendias del ruido q hacia.Hemos pasado frío en la habitación, de hecho me he traido un resfriado considerable.El personal de recepción la amabilidad no saben lo q es, parece q te están perdonando la vida, a excepción de la chica q hablaba español que por lo menos sabía sonreir. En general o no se enteraban de nada o no querían, tampoco te ayudaban y si les preguntabas algo no sabían de nada.
