Bed & Breakfast Ai Cipressi

We had a lovely triple room with air conditioning and good shower. Breakfast was fine, fairly simple but plentiful. A good 5-10 minute walk to reach the city walls, and pavements from the station - 15 mins away - were a bit gravelly for our wheelie bags. Excellent service and very helpful. We loved Lucca!

Staff very friendly and the location was good. However, there was only 3 parking spaces at the B&B for client use and no spaces were available when we arrived (we did secure one of the spaces the following day). As the room was advertised as having free parking (and was one of the main reasons we chose this B&B) the limited availablity was disappointing.

We had a great time at Ai Cipressi! The staff is absolutely adorable and very helpful. We were upgraded so we had an apartment for the 2 of us. It was very clean, comfortable and cosy. They also rent bikes which is very handy as the historical centre is very close. The staff also gave us maps and tips on what to visit, which was perfect as if we had only followed our guide, we would have never visited this tower with trees on top - the view is breathtaking there. We would definitely go back there when we return to Tuscany.

Fabulous hotel with friendly helpful staff. We stayed 3 nights, and they didn't charge us for hiring the bikes one day. The room was lovely, and the breakfast was sufficient. Free wi-fi, and a nice balcony to sit on in the evening. The only downside, and i mean only, was that the glass in the bathroom hadn't been cleaned since the last guest, we could see where the toothbrushes had been. Apart from that it was spotless. Would definitely stay there again.

The location was great, near the center of the city and the room accomodations were the largest of our trip. The breakfast foods were adequate and the staff (Gabriel and his brother Daniel) were helpful in finding our way about Lucca. Would stay there again.

Situated about 5 mins walk from the walled city. Lovely and quiet. Breakfast is included in the price. The owners were very helpful and friendly and gave us a map with directions to places of interest. You can purchase tickets for the nightly Puccini concert from them.

Located a short walk from the city gate, this is an idael location to visit Lucca and Pisa as well, particularly if you have a car. Parking is available. B&B staff were a delight to deal with. Breakfast was typcally European and very good.

The breakfast was really nice. Location is good near city wall. Walking distance from good food. Owners are super nice. Good price.

Hosts were most welcoming and friendly providing excellent advice and orientation. Room was most satisfactory. Facilities including breakfat were excellent. Had some difficulty finding in peak hour traffic.

Lovely and convenient!! Bike rental is a must from them. Daniele and his brother run the place and both are very helpful with places to eat and giving direction's. If we ever get to go back to Lucca we would book with them.
