We spent 3 nights at Ai Cipressi. The room was clean and the bathroom was adequate. Bed was very comfortable. Location was good. The walk to the old city gate to go inside the walls was only 5 minutes. There is a large supermarket 2 blocks away. They gave us good maps and suggestions for restaurants. We had periods of rain during our visit,but there was an awning outside the room so we could sit on two patio chairs with a small table and drink some wine while watching and listening to the downpour. Our original reservation had been for 2 days, but we were sufficiently pleased that we returned for a 3rd night after a sojourn to La Spezia and Cinque Terre. This is a family run place and they all treated us like friends.
