Hotel Monte Cristo

I booked the hotel as i was attending an exhibition in Frankfurt. I was under the impression that it had a bar and restaurant as this is what was stated on the webpage but the restaurant is nothing to do with the hotel( not even the same building) and the bar is actually a fridge with a padlock in receiption which is not always manned.If you are travelling alone this can be a little frustrating. The No-Smoking policy could with inforcing in the bedrooms as the smell from another room was wafting under the door. However the staff were very pleasant and helpful.

It was a good hotel for the price. I read a few reviews before booking it and they were on point. Don't expect anything luxurious, but if you are looking for a cheap place to stay, this hotel is a good choice. The room was clean and the staff is friendly.

This place should be $25 night. Very noisy from traffic and other rooms. No A/C, no fan. Bathroom so narrow you have to sit side-ways on the toilet, which you have to climb over to get to tub/shower. We were charged 6 Euros for parking, which the posting said was complimentary. The neighborhood is questionable, sex club across the street. The desk clerk was nice and the Internet free.
