"A delightful stay in the centre, easy access to everything."

Breakfast was a lovely treat. They made an effort to accommodate everyone.

No lift up so difficult when you have limited mobility. It's only up one level but felt tough with a heavy suitcase.

Check-in ends at 8:00 PM, which was difficult to meet due to traffic.

Be careful with this hotel!!! Especially with room number 6. Dangerous stairs between two levels in the room.  I fell down the stairs in the room (in room there is stairs with 9 unsafe steps). I hit my head when I fell down. I suffered a wound on my forehead and needed to go to emergency.I was examined by a doctor and the doctor said that I needed stitches. they put me three stitches Now I have scar above my eyebrow.

Dangerous stairs between two levels in the room. I will never return back in this hotel.

Location

The bathroom was loaded with mold. Told them upon checking and nothing was done until the day before we left. They never communicated anything. Went to booking.com and still no resolution. Made it a very disappointing trip to Sorrento
