La habitacion es impresionante con una cama de 2 metros La atencion del personal increible , llegue con el tiempo justo para la cena y hicieron todo lo posible porque no quedara sin cenar y al final lo pude hacer.

No tendria nada malo que decir , me gusto todo.

Rooms were dirty, towels/sheets and so on mostly dirty in spots. The worst thing I saw was mold in hair dryer, sadly saw it on our last day and was so pissed Food was terrible without a taste. (Brealfast were pretty OK) We paid for view at Teide mountain, the only thing we saw was a tree from our balcony and windows.

There is no tide view, you should not charge more for a view that it’s non existent. It’s ok for a short stay
