Apartment was amazing, clean, really well equipped and comfortable. Would highly recommend. Very central location so a little bit of evening noise, but nothing too bad.

Blended in well with the old medieval town. Good location for shopping and restaurants. Building currently being refurbished. Courtyard in desperate need of tables and chairs and rusty old bicycles removed.

My stay at Hotel A Palazzo Busdraghi was very nice. It was clean and bright. The hotel receptionists were very welcoming and helped arrange transportation to the airport when it was time for me to leave. I would stay here again.

Really enjoyed our stay. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The only thing was the bathroom curtain needed to be washed. Great location would recommend..

"Lovely Lucca"

Terrific hotel. Staff are so friendly and helpful, the location is just perfect, on one of the main streets in Lucca. We stayed in the apartment which was comfortable and spacious and the perfect place to explore the wonderful city.
