Excellent staff, excellent location. Very nice breakfast. Some rooms can get too much street noise when windows are open. WiFi could be better.

Lucca was a nice stop on our tour of Italy. The wall around the city made for a delightful walk around—approximately 4kilometers. The hotel was very conveniently located to restaurants, sights and shops. Very convenient. The staff at the hotel were friendly, helpful and spoke very good English. The room was quiet even though it was on the street side. With only 8 rooms it was very nice.

No problems at all - the appartment was in the centre of the city and had everything we needed. The receptionist at the hotel was helpful and friendly and we would certainly return there again. The air conditioning was fantastic in the hot summer weather and we had no complaints. Enjoy Lucca!

"Perfect base for a trip to Lucca"

Excellent location, yet quiet and with reserved parking nearby. All was perfect except for the aircon in our room, which was not working during our stay. Nevertheless, we'd use this hotel again for a Lucca visit!

Nice large apartment in excellent location . Is however somewhat dated and worn with items not provided in kitchen. Welcome manual as to how things work etc might be handy, as hotel receptionist does not accompany you to the apartment. WiFi was very poor working intermittently

We stayed an the apartment in the annex building and it was stunning! Perfect location to explore Lucca and the views of the amphitheatre, towers and hillside are beautiful. Wonderful service at reception too. It's worth mentioning that (limited) off-site parking is available as an extra and the kitchen even has a dishwasher. I would stay here again.
