Super welcoming, nice decoration, you feel at home and the staff is amazing and friendly. Bedrooms really well equipped! The view and surroundings are amazing! You also have multiple restaurantes around but I loved the breakfast!!! Would definitely go again and for more time :)

The commons areas and hotel grounds are beautiful! Amazing design and art adorn the halls which are very gracious and relaxing. Views from the room were great to wake up to and open our doors. Breakfast was included and delicious and service in dining room was good. The sauna and indoor pool was relaxing and enjoyable. It was too cold to enjoy the outdoor pool during our stay, but looked nice.

We enjoyed the hotel overall but the rooms were missing small, but important 5-star amenities. For example, I had to move furniture around just to find a plug for my phone. They also wanted to charge 2.5€ for in room coffee. Staff was ok but did not give 5-staff experience. We had to carry our own luggage in and did not feel catered to. We visited during the off season but still would have expected a better customer experience.

We loved how beautiful the property was. The view out of our room was inspired. And I loved the indoor pool and sauna.

Lovely retreat 2 km from Luz. Gated estate property with beautiful interior design and furnishings. Distant view to the sea at Luz. Gorgeous interior and exterior pool. Service excellent. Very nice breakfast served to the table. Only 15 rooms. Super quiet. Easy access to good restaurants in Luz. Lagos is 10 minutes away. Overall a great stay for our 4 nights! Highly recommend.

This hotel is one of those that concentrate all the energy making the place look good but forget about the costumer services. Is called a five star hotel but it closed the restaurant and leave the costumers without any food for the night, the toilet wasn’t working properly, don’t have a kettle in the bedroom, the air conditioner unit just don’t work properly , it says the breakfast was included but it was just what they give you without choice, and if you want to order something specific from their menu they charge you; we get a hair in our coffee for the breakfast, the pillows are completely bad and the general facilities in the room were really poor

A lovely relaxing holiday, from the pool area you could see the well manicured gardens. If you need anything to eat or drink while sunbathing you could simply ring the hotel and the would bring it down to you. The breakfast was delicious.
