Pension Elisabeth - Rooms & Apartments

The apartment was a little out of the centre, but only 10min walk from the train station and with a bus stop round the corner (free of charge with the Guest Mobility Ticket, which was provided in advance of arrival). I arrived well in advance of the advised check-in time, with the intention of taking advantage of the luggage storage; however it turned out the room was already ready. Although my room did not benefit from an en-suite, there was a small wash-hand basin. Otherwise the room was well presented and included a small fridge and a safe. No issues with the external shared showers and toilet. On arrival i also obtained the 'Salzburg Card' from reception - If you are planning on visiting the Untersberg Cable Car, Hellbrunn Palace /Trick Fountains and the Castle, its definately worth getting. I had breakfast on one of the days - it was nice.

I was asked to pay for tbe Salzburg Card in cash - i did so, but would have preferred to use my Credit/Debit Card

Very clean and bright with a lovely backyard area for hanging out - staff was extremely friendly and helpful - really good breakfast and the air conditioning worked the best of all the places we stayed while in southern germany and the staff was the friendliest of all the places we stayed in southern germany

The toilets were in the hall but it was never a problem - I just didn't realize that when I booked

The location near the train station was excellent. The cost effective coffee machine was a nice bonus. Staff were amazing, very helpful.

Bed was a bit soft

Dear Aleksandra We all wanted to say thankyou so much for all you have done for us during our stay Yourself and the staff made everything easy from bookings,communication ,cleanliness of all the rooms bathrooms common areas was perfect The breakfast was amazing,a great selection and always fresh and topped up ,we appreciated having our own table ready each morning with our names An extra Thankyou for finding the cake and candles too,it was a real surprise for my partner who loves cake and sweet treats Kind regards Michelle Burton ,Robert Kraus,Mike Kraus

That we didn’t stay here longer and that other facilities we stayed at were not at this level
