Good restaurant and pool condition

The property looks ok from the outside. Our room had a light bulb out in the main area, the bathroom had a sewer smell and the toilet seat was broke. We were visiting with another guest at the hot tub (which only had 2 jets working) and she advised us not to tell the office about the problems in our room. She had done so and the solution was not a positive one for her. We had another issue, which was not the issue with the management or the housekeeping staff, but we believe it was with one of their contractors who had entered our room. We were not aware that a contractor would be in the room, but he knocked on the door and when we answered, he quickly excused himself. It was clear that someone had attempted to go through our personal items as some of the luggage was locked and they attempted to open them. This did not happen on the day it was the housekeeping staff only. We also did not address this with management based on the conversation with the other guest.

We had an amazing stay at Villa Mano. From the moment we were greeted at the airport to the warmest of welcoming upon arriving, we felt looked after. The family of outstanding staff go beyond to help and make your stay fantastic! The pool was very lovely, and the bar and restaurant so convenient for drinks around the pool or your early morning coffee! The grounds are kept immaculate and are beautiful. Arranging rides, reservations in town or trips to beaches, all looked after. I cannot say enough about the hospitality and care. Do not hesitate to book here. We loved it! The hotel is beautiful and has a very nice pool. You must be patient and learn how to take public transportation, rent a car or a scooter. The staff was very kind. I wished it had a hair dryer, shampoo and conditioner. Is 5-10 minutes from Fira and they charge 6 Euros to take you there so it’s worth it rather than waiting for the public bus. To go to Kamari, Perussa and Peryvolos take the bus otherwise you will end up paying 50-60 euros one way. The owners are very nice and gave us a bottle of wine at our departure. Love Santorini, will return soon

Our stay was excellent. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service (special mention - Miltos, Luda and Dionysios -hopefully spelled correctly). Upon arrival they recommended 2 excursions both of them are a must have specially the Yachting (Catamaran) experience. They offer convenience if you need to get around through their vehicles for the price of a bus ride per person. Prior to leaving the gift of a Greek wine was fantastic. Thanks

We absolutely loved our stay here! All the staff, literally all, were fantastic. Check in was great, support was great, the pool and breakfast was fantastic - we can’t say enough. Happy we stayed here!

They were very nice and accommodating. My one complain is that the bed quality was poor, they should upgrade the mattresses.
