The Staff very friendly. They helped us plan our stay when original plans didn’t work out.

From the beginning to the end the staff and owner are amazing!! You feel as you are in family they make everything easier for your vacation !! Anything you need they will help !! Just excellent place could not ask for more thank you to all of you 💕💕💕

Staff and rooms — We paid for the airport pick up and the staff was friendly. The property was well kept but the check in process was quite lengthy and very salesman style. The rooms were clean and had cleaning service every day. The bedding is old and outdated. The beds are not comfortable, you call feel every single spring and pillows don’t serve a purpose. WiFi was slow. Location — There isn’t anything really around besides Fira near by. Oía is a 17 min drive north. If you want more things around stay in Oia instead. There is a loud road right in from of the property which can get crowded with loud trucks at times. Pool —The pictures make this hotel look bigger than was it is. Pool is medium size. Gets crowded quickly with only 15 laying chairs. There is a smaller pool in the back much more quieter away from kids and families. Wish the staff would come to you at the pool and ask for your food orders, but you have to run inside and order. For activities and excursions— It’s more economical to book directly with the companies instead of going through this hotel. Strongly advise getting a car rental on your own. Be prepared to pay for every little accommodation even if you want a late check out. They charge 2€ to go to Fira (15-20 min walk) but 20€ to go to Kamari beach each way. The airport shuttle is 55€ round trip. Onsite restaurant – Descent menu options but after 6 days you grow tired of the food and they often didn’t have some ingredients on the menu.

Overall I would recommend this hotel, however, on checking in they wanted to put me into a cavernous and dark 3 to 4 bed room with no view. I had booked a double room for myself and only when I kicked up a fuss did they relent and give me what I had booked! The location was good with a great bus service a two minute walk away on the main road.

It's a tidy place to stay and the staff were friendly. There was no kettle, dishes or cutlery. The meals were ordinary for what you pay. It's a little out of town, 20 min walk.

Fantastic value and spotlessly clean. Staff were super helpful. Lovely pool area.

Mrs. Poppy and the whole entire staff are amazing. Happy is a mild word to use. The food is Yiayia receipe which we know are the best. The restaurant view is spectacular and Andreas,Miltos,Louda everyone there is amazing and Bobby the Manos Travel shuttle driver is outstanding. See you next year or sooner See you next year

Things I liked: staff friendliness, great food, hotel transfer to and from airport and also into nearby cities/villages, access to excursions/atv rentals, excellent drinks, great amenities, room cleanliness, our small patio was pretty, villa aesthetic, pool area was beautiful, hotel was beautiful. Side comments: Mrs Poppy is simply wonderful and lovely. All the staff were so incredible - I loved them. The bartenders and servers provided excellent service and were so friendly. Luda, Mitos, and others were just incredible. The hotel even gave us a goodbye gift. So sweet! Disliked: location was a tiny hurdle. To Thira it was a 30 minute walk. However, a taxi ride is €10, the hotel also provides transportation we didn’t ask about, there are local buses and the atv’s (€35 euro for the day) can take you absolutely anywhere. There’s parking pretty much everywhere you want to go. I would definitely stay here again! :)
