Hotel simpático junto ao santuário, a necessitar de algumas melhorias de serviços. Bom pequeno almoço.

It was very nice to stay

This hotel might was good 30 years ago. The locations is good for sightseeing but that's all. The hotel does not offer anything except a bed and a poor breakfast. When I arived I asked for a glass of wine, but they can not offer anything to drink or eat. At the evening I was hoping to have dinne at the hotel. But NO! Had to drive to the centre of Braga, btw is great, which take 20 minutes. Furhtermore the hotel is heavily parfumed and I discoverd the reason is to hide the smell from the mold. Will not even recommend this to anyone.

Completamente horrível, bichos nas paredes, quartos cheios de humidade. Não paguem antes sem verem os quartos.

Adorei o espaço, a localização com aquela vista é única. A simpatia dos funcionários é extraordinária.

We booked 2 rooms, we were given such a lovely rooms and they are spotlessly clean. Breakfast was good, but dinner was even better. We will be back. Location is perfect for exploring the newly heritage site.

4 stars? Don’t think so. It was a 2 nights stay, happy that wasn’t more than that. -first of all it is some fresh days and nights here, and the AC you can only put on cold air, and if you ask the reception they say that they can’t do nothing but if I want they can arrange a spare blanket... what?? -the mirror of my room the all 2 nights has the same dead butterfly even after the cleaning ladys had been here, and don’t look behind the TV. - speaking about the tv, the remote doesn’t work, and they didn’t arrange another one so you must control your tv like in the old days. -the phone sometimes they answer sometimes not at the reception, you have the number list that say to call 404 but actually you must call numb 9, so don’t call 404 nobody will answer. -there is no restaurant or some kind of snacks if you are hungry you must call some kind of delivery like uber eats - the bar there is nobody there. - the walls are very thin, you can listen people in other rooms going to the wc and there is a lot of noise and if you complain about nobody will do nothing. -breakfast is ok, but not enough variety for a 4stars hotel. There is a lot of wrong stuff there. I would give 1 or 2 stars, never a 4 stars hotel.

2 star hotel BEWARE. This hotel is TERRIBLE, I dont know how hey got away with 4 star rating. The hotel room is dirty, floor rug is worn out and disgusting to walk on. Bed sheets are torn and stained after so many washes. The room feels like a monk cloister cell, it is small . The only positive is the location if you are visiting the Bom Jesus church .
