Très bon rapport qualité prix, restaurant de l'hôtel très bon et pas cher, personnel gentil, parking extérieur gratuit et facile d'accès, la piscine en haut de l'hôtel avec vue sur les montagnes.

The staff were wonderful; the receptionist lady was particularly excellent, and the kitchen team were very nice and friendly. Overall, the hotel, its location, and the staff were excellent, making it a great place to stay.

One of the beds was unmade and missing pillows, making it difficult to resolve. The kitchen in the room appeared quite outdated, featuring a wobbly hob, old-fashioned metal kitchenware, and chipped cupboards. Additionally, there were no glasses, toaster and a kettle present. An toaster or kettle would have been a welcome improvement.

Obligé de changer d'appartement dès l'arrivée car il n'y avait pas de balcon à celui que l'on nous avait attribué. Il manquait beaucoup d'équipements dans la kitchenette : couverts, verres, mugs, cafetière.

Fourth time we stay here. Much value for a very fair price.

Friendly and helpful personnel. Good communication before and during the stay. The location was perfect for me and my family. We always found place in the shared parking. A good quality for the reasonable price.

Our room was comfortable but the furniture is a bit dated. The hygiene could be improved (we found a clogged shower, promptly fixed after talking to the reception) and a rather dirty floor.
