Space and location

Cooker didn't work, and there was a power cut due to using the hob. Utensils not clean and bed mattresses were not comfortable. Single bed matters had a dent and left side of the main mattress had a dent. I had a sore back duration of stay. Not goof for the value of money

the property was not as professional as it should of been, there is not much to say about the positives.

the hygiene was not great, it lacked a lot of clean facilities. we constantly had to report issues to the receptionist regarding the property. the bathroom was leaking from the sink and the shower from random places. the shower head was constantly breaking from the top. the toilet seat from the first day was dirty and it looked like no room cleaning was done before our arrival. and the worst problem was the heating, we had no sense of heating from the first day of our arrival. we constantly had to report heating problems to the receptionist however, nothing was done. we also had to wake up from our sleep at 4am from how cold it was. on the list of cutlery on the wardrobe, there was not enough plates, knifes and forks for 3 people, considering the fact I had paid for a 3 people studio, however, there was missing items from the kitchen in general such as pots and pans. finally the bedsheets were not clean and I have also provided pictures of it below. I am really upset at how the hotel was in regards to the basic necessities that any visitor should have. I would like to take this further for future visitors and also receive a full refund or partial refund as I was not given the customer service I had paid for.
