Nada más llegar, el trato en recepción, exquisito. A la hora de irnos, la despedida impresionante incluyendo un “tentempié para el camino de vuelta”, un detallazo, muchas gracias.

Todo de 10, ninguna valoración negativa que objetar.

Atendimento impecável, comida muito boa e diversificada e ótimo custo benefício!

Poucas áreas com sombra e guarda sol na piscina. Piscina fecha às 18h, muito cedo quando no verão há sol até as 20h para altura do verão.

The Staff were brilliant , thank you to Javier and his team ( reception) for going above and beyond, thank you for the room upgrade😃 , bar, cleaners, restaurant all fantastic. The adults only rooftop bar is a nice touch with lovely views over the city. The food was simple and of good quality and choice. The snak bar was very organised and fast.

It's a family hotel, how ever, so many horrible children, screaming, running into people and the patent's or whoever was supposed to be looking after them doing nothing, that also goes to the security that didn't say anything. Some of the hotel areas are looking quite tiered and need a freshening up . A kettle in the room but NO MUGS. !!!!

Still here in the hotel while making this review, the hotel is very good, pool area is good and safe for children, plenty sun beds for everyone, honestly I go out at 10-11am and i can still get 3 beds around the pool no problem. The food has been great, plenty choice and all of good quality and I’m very picky when it comes to buffet/all inclusive food, snack bar and drinks have been good too, I have zero complaints about the food or drinks. The staff have all been nice towards me and my family, I feel people think that the staff are robots and should walk around happy all day long bending over backwards for them, remember the staff are human too and we all have our ups and downs in life so be respectful and polite and I’m sure you will get the same treatment in return. The rooms are clean and tidy with everything you need and the maids come around each day to clean up. Now the lift situation people seem to be complaining about and I get it, sometimes we’ve had to wait 5 mins or longer to get a lift but that’s only been during very busy times, there is also a lot of children in this hotel and obviously children press the lift buttons over and over again which slows the process down. It is what it is, 5 mins wait once or twice a day is no biggie really, you wait longer in traffic lights back at home without complaint. All in all I do like the hotel and I would definitely return, I have no complaints whatsoever.

Breakfast was very good. Not many queues and good efficient staff clearing tables and replenishing food. Room and bathroom were good sizes and we appreciated having British TV channels.

The pool was quite noisy if you wanted a siesta in the afternoon. Also, the safe instructions were in very small writing and inaccessible . The air con was too noisy to leave on all night, but it was very cooling which was welcome.
