Please note that all-inclusive services at the bar and restaurant are not available after 12:00 on the day of check-out. Please note that in accordance with local laws, properties are not obliged to admit groups on stag or hen parties. Please note that the credit card holder must be present upon arrival and the reservation must be made under their name. The credit card used to make the reservation must be presented on arrival. Please note, when booking more than 4 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Please note that all-inclusive services at the bar and restaurant available until 23:00. Guests can rent strongbox at the property for an additional charge. The air conditioning is normally available from May to October (may vary based on weather conditions). A construction project is currently underway on land adjacent to the Flamingo Oasis Hotel. The work is outside MedPlaya Hotels and, although machinery may be used on occasion, the hotel services will continue to operate normally and we are committed to minimizing any possible impact on the experience of our guests.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
