Great hotel, friendly staff, facilities and location

It was challenging to get taxis at times

Hotel au top, literie incroyable, personnel au top....petit déjeuné avec une grande variétés de produits et du jus d'orange frais....et ramon Ibérique à volonté...le Rooftop avec une vue magnifique.....et le spectacle Tribute to sauf petit bémol, en Janvier, la température de la piscine pas assez chaude pour les adultes, sauf la piscine spa à jets, qui était à la bonne température... je recommande tout de même pour ceux qui y vont plus tard vers le mois de Mars...

The pool area and rooms.

This is our 8th time here and we still love it as much. Rooms are a very good size and a lovely view - 307. The breakfasts and dinners are amazing with such good choice. The New Year’s party is always excellent and that is the reason we go. The staff are excellent and nothing is too much trouble. They always greet us warmly when we return each year. Bedrooms cleaned immaculately. Please bring back the chocolate fountain in the evenings 😢 this hotel is in the most beautiful area with good shopping and restaurants. We will be back. Our only gripe is milk for coffee and tea is never replenished in our room.

Another great holiday at this well managed hotel. A warm welcome on arrival and a spacious suite with outdoor Hydrotherapy pool and great view. Quality bed, linens and bath towels with luxury feel. Housekeeping excellent. Cristina the manager and Maria, Deputy, have brought the hotel to a new level. There is a lot of attention to detail, and the new presentation and variety of dishes at breakfast is first class. The Vitanova Thalasso Spa is great, where Angela the charming receptionist attends. The stand out of this beautiful hotel in its prime location, is the wonderful staff who are most attentive. Laura and Bryan at gold Level are excellent ambassadors for the hotel, and staff throughout the hotel are warm and friendly. The new restaurant Bocoy is a welcome addition with a very different menu, offering food with fantastic flavours, a must visit. Azotea, the sunset bar offers a great location for evening drinks watching the sun go down. Breakfast is one of the best on the island, with an amazing selection of quality food. Steven and Oliver manage a great team, special mention to John and Miguel. Highly recommend and we will be back soon.

Alonzo is the best jamon serving professional in Tenerife :) his jamon plates during breakfasts is real art!

Bath in room is too small.... should be for two...

We were only here for a night as our flight had been cancelled. What a place! Amazing! I wish we had come here for the week of Christmas!! The lobby is amazing, and spotless everywhere. Our room was a standard and even this was out of this world. Bath tub in the room and the fluffiest of dressing gowns! We thought the food was some of the best food we have ever had! The buffet was so extensive and the quality was 5*! So much choice and so incredible! The pools looked lovely, sunbeds, towels and everything was top notch. We are already looking to come and stay here. The only thing i would say to improve would be an all inclusive option. We look forward to returning. What a beautiful place with attentive staff. Especially the pretty lady in red who seems to be the restaurant manager. She is lovely, friendly and extremely good at her job. All in all 5*!!
