"excellent hotel with Great Amenities"

it is not my first stay at this hotel. I have found this hotel still Great to stay. they upgrade their services and their room amenities after name changed. the staffs were polite , helpful and very friendly. the breakfast was very good to start a day. the room was very clean with a nice bathroom with hair dryer. the location is quite near to Hbf and center of Dusseldorf.

"Basic Hotel with okay price"

Everything about this hotel is BASIC. Beds, furniture, bathroom, etc. TV's remote had enough battery to turn on but it died immediately after so I had to remove it from the plug to shut it down...

"Kein ideales Hotel"

Für eine Geschäftsreise ist das Hotel aus meiner Sicht nicht sehr geeignet, nachdem die zuvor vorhandene Straßenbahnanbindung zur Innenstadt entfallen ist (neu einmal umsteigen für einen Weg der Zufuss rd 10-12 Minuten beträgt). Ferner ist die Rezeption nur bis 22:00 Uhr besetzt und der Getränkeautomat funktioniert nicht. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in der Nähe garnicht und Essen in der Nähe des Hotels ist nur sehr eingeschränkt möglich.

"Very nice stay for the Carnival WE"

Great stay for the street carnival WE, very helpful, friendly and open-minded service. Rooms are clean, breakfast included, very good, exactly what was needed. Parking opportunities in the cellar under hotel at a very good rate for Düsseldorf
