Everything is within walking distance.

There was no breakfast, one of the 2 rooms I paid had no bathroom, it was too small and cramped together, I couldn’t sleep because the bed was too skueacky.

They should specify that there’s no parking, and that certain rooms have no bathroom.

Absolutely nothing

Everything, parking was $60, that’s more that the reservation. Blood in the walls and pillows. Boogers on the wall in the closet with the toilet. No shower in room. Dirty used towels in the closet. Location was absolutely terrible. Homeless people walking around the halls and tapping on the doors.

This is a great option for a solo traveler. The building has a lot of historic charm (built in 1912) and even has the original elevator! You never know what you are going to get with budget hotels but the building, bathroom and shower were all very clean. If you don't mind the shared bathroom and shower, I would definitely recommend a stay here. The building is very secure and the staff were all very nice and helpful. It exceeded my expectations.

The furniture in the room was a bit run down and didn't really match the historic charm of the building, but it wasn't a big deal considering the price of the room.

Rooms and shared bathrooms are very clean and comfortable, the staff is very friendly and welcoming. The interior is not the newest, but in good shape. Overall it's excellent value for money! Public transport is close, comes frequently and is affordable, most sights are in walking distance.

We never felt unsafe in the area, which is not as bad as described in some comments. You should avoid approaching the hotel from south via Jones street from Market Street. Instead approach from east via Gready. The direct surrounding feeled safe even after sunset.

Great place with the atmosphere of a hostel

Simply don’t go to this place, terrible! Unfriendly owner don't know how to talk to clients! If you want to feel disappointment, disgusting go to here! Bedroom rooms are not clean too!
