The hotel was good overall. Clean and comfortable, decent breakfast. The room could use some improvement. There was not enough lighting - no overhead light, and no light on the desk, so the center of the room was not well lit. The A/C was very loud. The shower only had one of those fixed half doors, so it was hard to take a shower without making a mess on the floor.

Location was decent

Very rude staff. The staff working at the front desk were absolutely horrific. When my daughter and I walked in the hotel with large suitcases, no one opened up the door for us and didn’t even say hi when we walked in. They were constantly on their phones and not paying attention to guests. I’ve worked in the hotel business for years and I would never allow the Front Desk staff to represent my hotel. I hope your management is aware of this.

Great hotel with easy onsite parking. Walking distance of Wrigley. We've stayed here 3 times and enjoyed it every time.

We were very impressed with the room. We had a living room and two bedrooms. And a kitchenette.

The felt comfortable and safe

There wasn’t much of anything that I didn’t liked.

The room was clean and plenty big. The pull-out bed was comfortable. The pillows were phenomenal!

Location is great i love the front area where you can hang out and drink your coffee. overall facility is amazing, clean and lovely decor. Staff are very friendly and helpful
