Comfy room.

The fact that I had to pay $40 to park after paying over $220 to stay for a night. Also, for $220+, I shouldn’t have long hair on my “clean” shower towels. The breakfast was also brutal.

Great location and clean.

They wouldn’t accept my card, so I had to find a card they would take and move money around before I could check in. It made the process much more stressful than it needed to be.

My original room had a very noisy heating unit— sounded like an AC and was blowing across the bed. I complained and initially was told all the rooms were the same but the front desk offered to send maintenance. I waited about half an hour but no one came. I went back to front desk to say never mind but there was new person, a more mature woman, who asked about the problem and promptly upgraded me to a suite in new bldg. She deserves a raise. Great hospitality because of HER!
