Staff were friendly. Location good. Property was very tired and overdue a refresh. The bathroom had black mold round the shower and on the walls and ceiling and didn't smell nice. Tap leaked. Pull out bed was very old and rickety and awkward for a child to get off and on. Shame, as ibis budget are usually very good.

La habitacion estaba limpia. No habia aire acondicionado y en agosto hace mucha calor en la habitacion, habia un pequeño ventilador de sobremesa sin potencia de aire. No habia secador de pelo. Solo dos toallas. El soporte de la ducha estaba roto.

"Passez votre tour "

Chaleur étouffante dans la chambre . Nécessité de dormir fenêtre ouverte qui donnait sur le hall d'entrée et en second plan sur l'autoroute. Nécessité de payer un surplus petit déjeuner pour notre enfant alors que nous avions réservé sur le vite avec petit déjeuner

"Accueil froid"

Aucun effort de rendre le sejour agreable Refus à toute demande (Changent d'Oreilliers plats I dication dunlieu qui etait a 6 km) Pas de grande fenetre Pas de clim etc... ACCUEIL TRES FROID de la réceptionniste de ce w end. Pour le prix L'HÔTEL est juste valable.

Receptionen var ikke åben ved ankomst. Man skulle få en nøglekode gennem en automat. Den sagde dog min kode ikke var valid. Det var muligt at trykke sig igennem til en hotline. Da jeg snakkede engelsk afbrød de bare. Det skete af 4 omgange. Den 5 gang og efter 45 min fik jeg hjælp. Det tog ialt en time at få adgang til værelset. Morgenmaden klassisk fransk og dårlig.
