Hotel vieux, douche en mauvais état 1 serviette par personne pas de tapis de douche, moquettes usées, petit déjeuné honteux, 1 personne présente le matin pour un nombre important de clients. Bref un hotel de passes...

Le ménage a revoir toile d'araignée je me suis crus a halloween la télécommande ne marché pas le pomo de douche j' ai crus que je me lavé au carcher et le lit étais dur comme du bétons le Point positif c'est que la vue étais sur la montagne

Hôtel non conforme à la description. Odeur de cigarette dans la chambre, cheveux dans le lit, draps et serviettes du canapé lit sale. Canapé lit pas confortable. Fenêtre cassée du coup pas la possibilité de la mettre en oscillo-battant....

De passage pour partir a la montagne. Bon hotel rapport qualite prix, pour 3 adultes avec un canape 1 place c est tres pratique pour 1 nuit. Le petit déjeuné par contre etait catastrophique....pas de personne pour reapprovissionner...La personne de l accueil faisait tous. Pour le prix payer cela n etait pas correcte ??

J'ai annulé ce séjour peu après l'avoir réservé parce que j'avais trouvé mieux localisé ailleurs. Pourtant, je constate que j'ai quand même été prélevé du prix de la chambre. C'est une erreur. Je souhaite être remboursé.
