No room service after midnight

Le fait que ma carte de crédit soit débité 48 h après la réservation. (2 mois avant la date de séjour). L'hotel est vétuste , mais plein de charme, dommage qu'il soit si mal entretenu à l'extérieur. Pour un hotel historique, le personnel pourrait au moins parler l'allement et non seulement l'anglais.

Breakfast: It was good location: Perfect - near Interlaken West station Room View: View was great oversighting lake/cananl view Cleanliness- Room was clean and thanks to staff for cleaning it daily well .

Room: It was pretty small though - and had no kettle - for hotwater had to step down Cleanliness of Hotel : perfect but base floor had a weird smell in evening ( like milk smell) .

Only good thing is the location. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very overpriced for little services. Below average breakfast. No water available in the room and the staff said to use the bathroom tap. Bed was uncomfortable. Poor WiFi connection. The room was generally very uncomfortable. Broken curtains in the room, not fully attached to the rings on pole, so there was no proper privacy during our stay. We had to use the furniture to keep the curtains closed and in place. When I raised this issue to the hotel staff, she said- do you think anyone is looking? Room was very hot with warmth coming in from windows and when windows are opened, it was really noisy from traffic on main road outside. Also heating was on in the bathroom and the hotel were unable to turn this off even though it was 30 degrees celcius outdoors. We asked the staff at reception to switch rooms. As they were fully booked and couldn’t accommodate this, they said housekeeping would come and fix the issues in the room. However nothing had changed when we returned to the room in the evening. Then when we spoke to the next receptionist she had no note or information about our complaint passed onto her by her colleague. Only good thing is the location. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Wenige Meter vom Bahnhof Interlaken West entfernt ist die Lage ist absolut Top und von meinem Zimmer hatte ich einen herrlichen Ausblick. Das historische Gebäude versprüht einen Charme der Abstriche bei Komfort und Ausstattung nicht ins Gewicht fallen lässt. Die Lobby bietet einen Bereich für Gepäckstücke um diese griffbereit parken zu können. Das Frühtück ist OK und gut organisiert.

Es ist sehr ärgerlich dass das Empfangspersonal die Gästekarte beim Einchecken nicht automatisch ausstellt. Stattdessen muss man an der Rezeption stehend einen QR Code abfotografieren und alle persönlichen Daten wie Name / Nationalität / Heimadresse / Reisepassnummer usw. - also alle Informationen die schon bei der Buchung bekanntgegeben wurden - nochmal am Mobilphon eintippen und abschicken.
