llegue justo cuando el recepcionista se iba y me quiso ayudar ya que vio que tenia problemas para entrar al lugar, de otra manera hubiera pensado que era solo un señor fumando en la calle, la tarjeta no funcionaba correctamente a veces, y las camas no fueron tendidas ni cambiadas las toallas, entiendo que es un hotel pequeño pero solo se meten al cuarto a reemplazar el agua embotellada y limpiar el piso

Good service and nice staff. Hotel is basic but very clean and bathroom seemed newly renovated.

Everything was very good! The bed was very comfortable, the room was clean. The breakfast was fresh and there was enough to chose from (fresh buns, eggs, cheese and meat, jam, yoghurt, fresh fruit and vegetables... as much fresh coffee as we wanted:-) The location was perfect for us: Close to the main station, so we could rest after the long train ride. Fifteen minutes walk into the old center (5 mins by tram). We would certainly book here again and recommend it to others.

Wifi VERY WEAK - had to go downstairs and sit on stairs to get it to work. There's nowhere else to sit. Walking distance from Train Station and was pretty clean - those are the positives. The bed was comfortable but only one pillow per person and it's very flat. It's a budget hotel but overpriced even for that. There's no mini-bar - it's a small basket with snacks. No AC - tried sleeping with windows open but was too noisy. Closed windows got very hot. No fan. No common areas so you can sit on your bed or leave the property. They gave us a code to get a key out of a box outside the property - it didn't work. We had to activate an international plan on our phone so we could call someone and get in our room (at 3:00 on a Sunday afternoon). We had to check out early on Monday because "it's a holiday" and they were closing the front desk early. You have to take an Uber or other transportation to any sites - only convenient to train station and other hotels.

Die Rezeptionistin ist eine Perle. Das Zimmer hat alles was gebraucht wird und es war sehr sauber. Es liegt auch recht zentral.

Great price!! Great location, 5 minute walk from train station which is also great for trams and buses into town. Staff spoke English and were very friendly. Not fancy, but very clean and comfortable. I enjoyed my stay here and would recommend this hotel.

Koldt på værelset. dårlige madrasser. Larm fra byggeplads. Svært at finde parkering.

Für einen kurzen Stop in Heidelberg gut geeignet. 5 min. vom Bahnhof entfernt

Hotel liegt in Bahnhofsnähe. Kostenfreie Parkplätze sind nur nach langem Suchen zu finden. Hotel selber ist sehr gut, Fahrstuhl vorhanden. Frühstück reichlich.
