Hotel Jakoberhof

Just 1 nigth, that's ok

Had to wait a long time in lobby which was unpleasant. Furniture stained, small and arguments right by us from reception. Would improve night's stay if they had decent linens. When I come to Germany once a year, I enjoy the true feather beds. Pillow's were lumpy foam.

breakfast was good, room were adequate, no complaints, would I stay here agin? Probably not. Not that there was anything wrong just I would pay a little more to go up a category. For the price the rooms and Hotel were great. No conplaints all worked well, and easy walk to old town. (10 minutes)

The standard of the hotel and the room was just about right for a 3 star place. Staff are very helpful and great to chat with, and the location is pretty good, most places of interest are within a walking distance. On the negative side, our room on the 3rd floor had a weak wi-fi signal, and there was no lift, so getting the suitcases up the stairs was tough. Overall though, I would recommend this place for a short stay.

In fact the hotel is not that bad. The staff are friendly, helpful, room is OK & simple, location is great just 3 mins away from the town center and we've got the most powerful shower in bathroom, and the room rate is quite reasonable among all town/city during my 1 week journey in Germany. But our room situates onto a busy road & just 1 meter next to the tram rail and the tram line run 5.30am - 12.30pm it made us awake at 5.30am everyday and this was unbearable. TRY TO AVOID A ROOM FACING TO THE MAIN ROAD!

The room was clean and comfortable, just a little small. Staff was excellent and spoke great English.Free Wifi and No elevator but location is great. Grocery store right around the corner, several restaurants just minutes away and only about a 5 min walk to town center and tourist information office. I would definitely stay here again.

Pleasant small hotel with limited facilities close to Augsburg centre. Hotel consists of several buildings and includes apartments on long let.

My room was clean and appeared to be recently renovated. The service was good and there are trams that run right by the hotel.

The hotel was comfortable and within walking distance of town. The town square has interesting features, and although the trolley passes right next to the hotel, it didn't seem to be a problem, because it stopped running at night.
