"Very disappointing."

Location good. Showers in bathrooms did not work and flooded room. Took 4 days to sort one. Other never fixed. Baths did not work either. Reported to reception 3 times. Never fixed.

Wszystko. Zwłaszcza przemiły i pomocny personel. Szczególnie pozdrawiamy i jednocześnie dziękujemy za cenne wskazówki dotyczące atrakcji w Saalbach, Pani z Polski serwującej poranny omlet, która zawsze była uśmiechnięta, życzliwa i pomocna.😊

Za mało wind jak na taki obiekt. Ale to nie stanowiło większego problemu. Cena za parking przy hotelu zbyt wygórowana 14 eur, a na parkingu publicznie dostępnym 10 eur.

Lage genial, Saunalandschaft großzügig, top Frühstücksbuffet, sehr gut organisierter Skikeller, Rezeptionspersonal ausgesprochen freundlich, fachkundig und hilfsbereit.

Personal im Restaurantbereich teilweise unfreundlich, brauchen dringend Schulung diesbezüglich !!! Im Saunabereich waren keine Handtücher vorhanden, erst auf Anfrage an der Rezeption wurde aufgefüllt. Diese Situation war an drei aufeinanderfolgenden Tagen dieselbe ??? Parkplatzgebühr € 14,00 / tägl. ist zuviel !!!

"Gut, komme wieder"

Exzellente Lage in direkter Nähe zu den Skiliften. Weniger als 5 Minuten Gehweg. Auch direkt im Ortszentrum gelegen. Gutes und umfangreiches Frühstück

Wenn das Zimmer direkt auf die Fußgängerzone gerichtet ist, dann hat man am Abend deutlichen Lärm der Partygäste zu ertragen.
