Location is very good. Staff is welcoming and nice. Quality of breakfast food was good. Very comfortable mattress.

We had a room for disabled people on the ground floor next to reception. I would prefer normal room and on a different floor as it was uncomfortable to be on the street level, seeing people passing by your window and watching in. Also because of this a lot of street noise. Room and bathroom were very basic for the money paid. Breakfast lacks variety. No veggies eat all, next to no fruit. Very very basic.

The location was A1. Breakfast was excellent and the friendly attentive staff were first class. This hotel had everything we needed, exceeding our expectations and was so convenient for the city.

My mum (81) found the stairs a little bit challenging but Benjamin was very kind in offering g to take her bag and assist her.

Central hotel. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was very nice

It is a little more like a guest house than a hotel. No lift though staff helped us with our luggage
