"Fourth stay VERY disappointing"

It was the fourth time I've stayed at this hotel. I have previously left 5 star reviews, but this experience was lacking. Make sure you request a room.

I was placed on the ground floor in Rebelais. I didn't know the hotel had a dungeon. My favorite thing about this hotel was the balconies. Not only did I not have one, but the street noise and staff noise was constant. The bathroom was a wet room so everything gets wet when you shower. The worst part was that they not only didn't apologize or try anything to fix the situation, they actually felt the need to blame me.

Très bon emplacement. L'idée de nommer les chambres avec des noms d'écrivains, de comédiens....est excellente. Personnel très aimable et les chambres étaient vraiment très spacieuses.
