This place was amazing. Staff were quick to offer help and were professional as well as friendly. Excellent in every way. We had most contact with Simon, but Karinna was equaly helpful We felt very welcome. The little touches of extras, like coffee, tea and of course, Port, the cookies in the foyer, really impressed us. The apartment was very comfortable and immaculate.And everything one could possibly need was provided. The location was fantastic and very walkable. We fell in love with Nice all over again. To sum up, we tried to come up with something negative about this property but failed miserably. This is the best stay we have ever had! Definitely would highly recommend.

No complaints about anything.

"Hôtel cosy au coeur de Nice"

L'hôtel est très bien situé à 10 mn à pieds de la gare et 15 mn du vieux Nice et de la promenade des anglais. Beaucoup de restaurants à moins de 10 mn. Hôtel au calme. Chambre lumineuse. Literie très confortable. Petit déjeuner copieux et très bon. Personnel sympathique et attentionné. Chiens acceptés avec mise à disposition de gamelles et brosse.

Manque une patère dans la salle de bain pour poser les vêtements Attention si vous avez un chien, le coût est de 15€ par nuit et ne nous a été annoncé qu'à notre arrivée

Réservation de chambre modifiée avec une orientation côté rue au lieu de côté cours. Nous n'avons pas pu récupérer la clé d'accès à la chambre qui était perdue, nous avons récupéré un double en fin de soirée Chauffage d'appoint au lieu de la climatisation réversible qui était en panne. Une prise désolidarisée du mur dans l'entrée de l'appartement Petit déjeuner servi avec 2 thés au lieu d'un café et d'un thé comme demandé

This hotel was situated walking distance to the central station (Nice-Ville), was incredibly clean, and the staff were insanely attentive and approachable. We received breakfast during our stay and this was perfect - selection of cured meats, yoghurt & fresh fruit and an assortment of baked goods (e.g. chocolate croissants). The kitchenette within our room was well stocked and allowed for a comfortable stay. Corinne truly made our stay - such a warm welcome and just a lovely person to chat to!
