La struttura in generale, la spa, l'accoglienza ed ospitalità del personale, la colazione.

Ragnatele nel camino in sala colazione e tenda macchiata del letto a baldacchino, meccanismo elettronico per aprire la porta della stanza(non apriva sempre al primo colpo) wi-fi, manca un porta asciugamani in bagno vicino al lavandino e pochi oggetti di cortesia per una struttura del genere.

Prijs voor eten en drinken is relatief hoog voor de regio en het personeel spreekt nauwelijks Engels.
