Tutto molto curato. Staff accogliente, stanza pulita, ottima colazione e SPA top

This is a bad hotel. We had planned to stay for three nights and stayed for one. When we arrived, they had assigned us to a different room than the one listed. They said this was an “upgrade” but the room was small, and looked nothing like the picture of the junior suite. When we complained they showed us another in the category, which was dated and too small to walk around. We had booked a suite with a bath, both had none. We realise they use one room to advertise on the booking.com site, and group many into that category. The same goes for the website: they use the only modern block of rooms to advertise and group many other rooms into the hotel into that category - so you will really not get the room you paid for or chose the hotel for. Our room was full of black mould, something that they have had complaints for before and not fixed. The bathroom smelt like sewage which left the clothes I had in there smelling bad. There was a smell of dog urine in the room by the desk. Breakfast not special, facilities in the breakfast block obviously built in the 90s, without taste and marketed as modern. Spa and gym okay, lingering smell of sewage. Staff at reception obviously aware of the situation but unwilling and unable to help. Local area not as beautiful as some other areas of Marche. If you’re looking for somewhere to stay, do not stay here! We really regret spending precious holiday time in this place - their marketing strategy of playing verrry loose with the truth made us feel taken advantage of. There are some amazing beautiful hotels in Marche (Villi Cicchi), Norcia (Pallazo Seneca), Umbria (Pallazo Dragoni) that you are much better off going for.

La stanza molto comoda

La piscina all’aperto è tiepida e la SPA parecchio affollata per le dimensioni.

La spa sicuramente è un punto di forza della struttura.

Pulizia della camera, rotolo di carta igienica già a metà, api morte schiacciate tra la tenda e la finestra del bagno, perno del doccino rotto.

Borgo Lanciano è il luogo perfetto per staccare dalla frenesia quotidiana.

Espectacular sitio, con entorno muy cuidado. Personal del spa y restaurante muy amables.

Falta de reactividad del personal de recepción ante un problema, y falta de trato al cliente ante una incidencia de climatización. Baño anticuado, con una ducha muy pequeña y en malas condiciones. Desayuno de mala calidad. Restaurante correcto.
