The location is absolutely fabulous. It is an easy walking distance to everything, from the sea to the center of town and all all the restaurants, cafes, and bars. The paid park house is also just around the corner, which is great if traveling by car. The room size was good as was the size of the bathroom, I was easily able to move around. The staff was friendly and accommodated my early arrival by allowing me to leave my suitcases in the room. I really loved that they are pet friendly, and the floors are tile, which is perfect for food and water bowls.

The inn is a few rooms in an old building. As I deposited my suitcases in the room early (before they could clean it), I saw how the previous guest was - he had been a chain smoker and there were cigarettes butts EVERYWHERE. It was disgusting. While the staff did a good job of removing all physical traces of the cigarette debris, the room still smelled of that disgusting stale smoke that happens when people smoke often. It was especially bad when I had the windows closed or the air conditioning off, so I kept the air conditioning running to hide the smell. The inn is supposed to be non-smoking, but this doesn't seem to be enforced. Also, there is no sound-proofing. Some guests came back late a few evenings, and unfortunately it sounded like they were in my room. The mattress was also old - there was a dent in it from where people slept, and so that was rather uncomfortable. While the sheets were clean, I did wonder when the last time was that the duvet and blankets were washed. There were no mosquito nets on the windows or to the terrace doors, which meant I did have a few mosquito visitors while I wanted to sleep.

Il piatto doccia era in condizioni disastrose e il bagno orribile. Le condizioni di manutenzione in genere lasciano a desiderare.
