The only positive aspect of this hotel is its central location, right next to Puerta del Sol, in the middle of Madrid’s tourist nightlife. If you enjoy constant noise, loud music until late at night, and overcrowded tourist bars, then this may suit you.

What is truly unacceptable is how misleading the photos are compared to reality. The hotel is extremely run-down, outdated, and poorly maintained. The rooms are tiny, very basic, with old furniture and an overall depressing atmosphere. The biggest shock, however, was the breakfast experience. Breakfast is served in what appears to be a basement nightclub with no windows at all — dark, unpleasant, and far from welcoming. The food selection was poor and generic, with absolutely nothing that reflected being in Madrid or Spain. The worst moment came on our last morning: during breakfast, the people sitting next to me tapped my shoulder to warn me that something was running near my feet. To my horror, it was a cockroach — and clearly not the only one. Absolutely disgusting. The hotel seriously needs an inspection from the public hygiene authorities. To make matters worse, the staff seemed completely indifferent and uninterested in guests’ concerns. Paying 640 euros for two nights for three people in these conditions is outrageous. Never again. Just thinking about this place gives me chills.

Ubicación excelente, desayuno buffet correcto, limpieza de habitación muy eficiente y rápida.

Mi habitación daba a la calle, primer piso, el pub de enfrente era muy ruidoso hasta la madrugada, costaba dormir.
