La ubicación es perfecta si quieres moverte a pie por la ciudad. Está cerca de la Puerta de Sol y desde allí puedes moverte por toda la ciudad.

Es una zona de ocio, el hotel está rodeado de restaurantes y bares por tanto en la calle hay mucho ruido y las ventanas no están bien aisladas. También podría decir que en la habitación hay muy pocos enchufes.

Su ubicación y comodidad de las camas. El desayuno es bueno, aunque debería mejorar los embutidos y ampliar las máquinas del café. El personal de recepción es muy amable y servicial.

La habitación triple es una habitación doble en la que incorporan una cama supletoria, por lo que el tamaño se queda pequeño.
