Tried to cancel through hotel and orbitz. Bought insurance bc I don’t know Toronto. They are refusing. The hotel is a dump and there are very unsavory people all around. Parking isnt free and it’s scary and unsafe. Do not go here unless you have to and make sure you have company. Do not go alone!

For a hostel environment (my first experience) it was surprising how clean it was. Let us leave luggage there well we went sightseeing. Had coffee and light breakfast available. Was a okay experience.

Recognizing that the price was very cheap compared to a regular hotel, the room felt small and cheap. The hallways were narrow. It required a passcode to get to your floor, an outdoor key to get into the building and a room key. In the bathroom, there was a large bottle of shampoo and bodywash- shared with the multiple people who had stayed at the hotel before us. There was the possibility of purchasing cable on the old TV. The staff was very friendly!

"Good Value for the Price"

The stay was really not too bad. The staff do their best to make check in as smooth as possible and it was fairly quick considering they had multiple rooms checking in at the time. The rooms are not quite the same as the pictures, but they have space, shelfing, air conditioning, a microwave, a full sized fridge, and a shower. This is more amenities than some hotels that have a much higher price.

It was very expensive for one night and the property looked like a home for the homeless. Very bad conditions, everything was old and dirty, I was very scared to stay there.

The tv was the old type and there was no cable. The room was extremely small. No room for night stands. Window was covered by window air conditioner that barely worked. The shower was extremely small.
