- This place is located in an undesired part of town. DO NOT walk around there at night. - I pay $330(incl. tax) per night and the place is a dump. The sheets have stain on them, the washroom sink has hair all over. The floor feels a bit sticky. - It said the room has kitchenette, it doesn't. - The kettle has left over water with moldy water in them. - Overall, I had nothing good to say about this place except the 2 staff in the place is friendly.

On check in advised TV would be extra $25/day. Wifi practically non existent. Very basic accommodation and noisy. Door apparently broken as strangers entered room in middle of night despite deadbolt being engaged.

I didn't even check-in. The place is a dump. More like a low-budget youth hostel. I don't recommend this to anyone that would like comfort. It's also located in a very down-trodden area of DT Toronto.

The property had a lot of washrooms and shower rooms. Kitchen, washroom and all shared spaces were very clean. There was just one drawback, there are a lot of homeless people in the vicinity - however their security is very tight and overall the stay was excellent.
