"Fantastic Riad in Fes"

10.0

A spectacular hotel, in all dimensions: architecture, design, service, restaurant ... all absolutely top. Anwar at the front desk was amazing. He noticed my wife's birthday was during the visit and had a surprise sprinkle of rose petals and balloons in the room. Really special!!

"Really beautiful hotel - excellent stay"

10.0

This is a beautiful hotel, the interiors are stunning. It is like staying in an incredible palace. The rooms are great - we had one ambassador suite and a deluxe room, both really beautiful rooms. The service was also great, every person really attentive and everything you want in a hotel. Really recommend when staying in Fez.

"New Years Perfection"

10.0

This was a top-notch hotel in a terrific location within Fez. The main building is absolutely stunning and you feel immediately at home. We stayed in a beautiful room / suite that featured Diptique products. Incredible size and decor to enjoy. The shower drains could use some extra help so the bathroom doesn’t flood, but that would be our only critique. We also enjoyed the rooftop bar (great for drinks and food after a day of exploring) and enjoyed the New Years celebration. The hotel went all-out to make this extra special, so a special thank you for all of that hard work and extra hours from the staff! You made that a highlight of the trip!

"Amazing interior. Good hotel in Medina"

10.0

We enjoyed our two night stay at this property. The hotel is well situated to explore the souk within the medina. Returning to the hotel felt like an oasis after all the busyness outside. The rooms are all different. We happened to have a Hamman in our bathroom complete with black olive soap. We had group dinners both nights at the hotel. The first night was Moroccan cuisine and all the food was good. The second night was Italian and we were less impressed with the food Service at the hotel is very good.

"un séjour parfait en tous points"

10.0

"A Pleasant Stay in the Heart of the Medina"

10.0

This hotel is located in the new Medina, which is quaint, but presents challenges as you can't arrive by car. You need to call the hotel to have staff meet you to assist with luggage, but this is a minor issue. The atmosphere at this hotel is magical, reflecting the Moroccan culture. You are greeted with a beverage of your choice when checking in. The rooms are clean and comfortable, although a bit small. Our room had a large bathtub area, which could have been used for additional room space...this is a minor issue though. The staff is eager to please. There is a rooftop bar at the hotel, which offers great views of the city.

"Beyond sublime. An unforgettable splurge"

10.0

Fes is a very special place. With the oldest medina and so much history surrounding this sandy colored town, we were charmed by the friendliness of the people. But trying to find your way around can be a tad harrowing particularly when your GPS can't quite locate you. Which is why we loved the sanctuary, solice and extreme beauty of one of the most gorgeously restored hotels in the world. The location was perfect, the rooftop deck was surprisingly higher than most other buildings in town giving a clear 360 degree view of the magical sunset. Very friendly staff and a sumptuous breakfast made for a very restful and enjoyable stay.

"Beautiful riad but overpriced"

5.0

The riad is gorgeous, rooms are super comfortable and also extremely quite

It is just too expensive for the quality of the service you are getting. There were several problems in our two rooms (heating not working properly, issues with drainage etc). The hotel restaurant Gayza is terrible. We got extremely overcooked chicken tajine and hen, we could not eat anything beyond a bite. The lobby felt chaotic at times (although I had emailed them beforehand about excursions we wanted to do, it seemed like they did not have it upon our arrival, everything worked out in the end but did not feel like it was well run)
