We had a truly wonderful stay at Riad Fes. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and perfectly located - a real oasis in the heart of Fez. The atmosphere is elegant & welcoming, and the overall experience was excellent. A special thank you to Hiba from the Food & Beverage team. She is warm, attentive, and highly professional. Her kindness and genuine care made a real difference during our stay. She is a great asset to the riad. Thank you Hiba!!

Soggiorno semplicemente perfetto! Tutto è stato curato nei minimi dettagli, dall’accoglienza agli ambienti, sempre eleganti e impeccabili. La colazione è varia e di altissima qualità, così come il ristorante, che propone piatti davvero eccellenti. La spa è splendida, un’oasi di relax dove rigenerarsi completamente. Un’esperienza fantastica sotto ogni punto di vista: lo consiglio vivamente!

Everything was terrific

The property is absolutely beautiful. The decor, size, and staff all exude a feeling of luxury. The property is very easy to reach with a short walk from the road nearby, and you are within walking distance of most major destinations. Our room was beautiful, very large with a massive comfortable bed. The bathtub was a highlight for us as well, it was nice to relax after spending some time in the desert and doing a lot of driving prior to coming here. We already had dinner reservations so we didn't get to experience that here unfortunately, but the breakfast buffet was incredible. We did enjoy a lovely bottle of Moroccan wine on the rooftop bar and took a recommendation from the Sommelier who served us. He was great to talk to and ask about the wines of the region. It was a little chilly out and he was quick to bring over two heaters to keep us warm. All in all, this place was amazing.

The riad was beautiful, the restaurant was excellent and the staff were very professional. It was definitely a high end experience.

I wish we had stayed here longer instead of leaving for our next destination.

The rooms are beautifully designed with authentic Moroccan character and thoughtful attention to detail – comfortable and atmospheric in equal measure. The rooftop terrace is the real highlight though. It offers one of the finest views over the old city that you’ll find anywhere – an absolutely stunning panorama across the medina’s rooftops and beyond. Perfect for a quiet moment at any time of day. The staff were welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, striking just the right balance of attentiveness without being intrusive. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a well-run, characterful place to stay in Fes.

Riad Fes is a really special experience: great quality and comfort, a remarkable restaurant, great location, and superb service. It is very difficult to measure up to a hotel manager as approachable as Mr Nicolas Grau. The housekeeping service is fabulous under the direction of Mrs Hanane. The employees treat you as special guests at home, always with a smile and true interest to help - Mr Anwar helped us a lot when my wife felt sick. The New Year dinner was a feast of sumptuous food, lovely traditional Moroccan and international music, and great details as Fès hats and gorgeous napkin styling. The Gayza restaurant is a must (see my comments about it in a specific review). Please, do yourself a favour and treat yourself to a couple of days at that hotel!

An absolutely beautiful and luxurious hotel, which effortlessly blends traditional opulent architecture and design with modern comfort. The food at Gayza restaurant in Riad Fes is exceptional. It deserves the Michelin star it has and easily surpassed other similarly rated restaurants we tried in Fes. Breakfast was superb too. The staff was welcoming and efficient. Our stay was memorable and very comfortable.
