Boutiquehotel Oberkirch im Zentrum

An older but charming hotel. Could use some updating and more modern touches, but still very comfortable. Great location in the heart of the old town. Convenient to the efficient tram, and walkable to the train station in case the tram happens to be shut down by a protest of some sort (very rare, but yes, that happened to us). BTW, the hotel operations changed hands Dec. 1, 2022. We happened to meet and chat with the new owner, who also has some other fine properties in town. Seems like a very nice and very competent guy.

Perfect location, classy accommodation. The only drawback is that the hotel doesn't actually face onto the Cathedral Square. It's located in the rear of the building which overlooks the square. Access to the square is via a narrow lane near the hotel entrance.

Sehr nettes Team. Zentral und gut gelegen. Neben dem Münster. Ist jalt etwas laut wenn die Glocken frühmorgens loslegen 😊. Ansonsten empfehlenswertes Hotel. Das Restaurant isr sehr gut.

Sehr Zentrale Lage. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück. Die Suite ist sehr schön und grosszügig leider hat es keine Minibar.

Dejlig beliggenhed , lidt svær fremkommelighed med bil Lidt malurt, vi måtte rejse hjem før tid, betalte naturligvis for værelset, de tog også betaling for morgenmad, lidt utilfredsstillende

We stayed for 2 nights and got in troubles second evening. The front door is closing 10 pm. You have to use a code, it did not work. I and my daughter were locked out. We were lucky, a couple of guest heard us and let us in. The day after the reception told us they had a emergency number, no one had mentioned that when we checked in. Actually a poor check in. Welcome present? No, remove that information from Hotels website. We do no recommend!

It’s location is awesome and it’s a nice place but it has no AC and it was kind of hot

An excellent hotel in a wonderful location!

Die Lage beim Münster ist toll. Die Junior Suite bietet Platz, aber die Raumaufteilung ist nicht so toll, länglich, schmal. Die Ausicht war nicht gerade erbauend, aber das störte uns nicht. Das Haus selber ist ziemlich alt und verwinkelt. Das Bad war dafür sehr geräumig und gut, das Personal stets freundlich und hilfsbereit.
