The location is great. Our room looked out over Munster Plaza. The food in the restaurant was very good. It is centrally located with public transportation within easy walking distance.

Beautiful old hotel in the historical centre of town. The hotel was very difficult to drive to, and we weren't sent any guidance to assist but when we called the hotel, the staff were amazing - guiding us in by phone then taking our car away to park it for us. Wifi was barely adequate but I suspect that is more about old buildings than a lack of effort.

Great location in the old town center, complimentary water bottle and apples were great, well-functioning internet, bed very comfortable. Had dinner at the hotel which was excellent, breakfast was freshly prepared, eggs to order very tasty.

Lovely classic hotel with friendly & helpful staffs who gave us nice smiles. Made us happy and would love to stay there again.

Very welcoming and helpful staff. Centrally located in old town. Well appointed rooms, with fresh fruit etc provided and modern bathroom. A great place for a short stay in the city.

Very nice location. Near everything. Staff is very nice and helpful. Our room has 3 rooms. Could very comfortably have 3 people. Church bells ring frequently from Dom.

Lovely stay at this hotel in historic Freiburg. Friendly staff, high standard accommodation and nice to have complementary fruit and a chocolate. A nice touch. The Wi-Fi connection was a bit intermittent.
