I can’t say enough about this hotel. It was beautiful, elegant, and historic. Every part of it was wonderfully decorated, including the breakfast room which overlooked a garden. The room was spacious and well appointed with many thoughtful touches. The staff was very friendly and thoughtful and helped us with every arrangement necessary. I only wish our stay had been longer.

Absolutely loved this place, everrything from the room to the great breakfast... Just as a countryside hotel in France should be.

Recently stayed for 3 nights in the lovely Villa Eugene. The team were very friendly and welcoming and could not have helped more. The room (prestige) was spacious and very well decorated. The bathroom in particular was excellent. We enjoyed the pool area a lot, and my family enjoyed the breakfast every morning. The room is lovely and it is a shame in some ways that an evening restaurant is not there as it would be a lovely setting. The location is excellent. A short 5 minute walk to the main champagne houses and about 15 minutes to the centre of Epernay. One area of improvement, would be to remove the charge for parking given that travel by car is one of the only means to arrive at the hotel. €15 a night is not a lot necessarily, but it felt that it should have been included given the room price.

Surprise weekend away for my partners birthday . Expensive but I wanted to treat him. Beautiful hotel but we were given a room on the ground floor outside which altho a lovely room was a shame as it felt more like a garden room . Thankfully double glazed as you are right on the main road , however quite a lot of noise above presumably from the main hotel which was frustrating as I booked somewhere that I thought would be quite quiet. Service was excellent , breakfast delicious although not included . Convenient and secure parking but charged for this in addition per day. Lovely to have use of the pool and hot tub /sauna which was a bonus. Breakfast was delicious and we were so well looked after. Would definitely return but only if in the main building which was so stunning we could then have the whole experience of this lovely hotel.

Weekend trip away to the champagne region, hotel was beautiful but we were in a ground floor room outside. Would have preferred to be in the actual hotel to really feel the experience, also it was quite loud at times above our room which was not great . Would go back but only if the room was inside main building upstairs . Breakfast was really good (altho not included) and the service was excellent. Location perfect , parking onsite (charged per day) .

Charming old world hotel, on the main avenue on the edge of town, easy walk to many champagne houses, excellent breakfast

Boutique hotel charmingly decorated and appointed in Belle Epoque style. They seemed to have thought of every detail to make the room comfortable. Very friendly and helpful staff who seemed truly happy you are staying with them. Nice pool and hot tub. Very conveniently located to Avenue du Champagne where many houses are located offering champagne tasting.

Poolområdet var fantastiskt! Lugn och trivsam atmosfär. Smakfullt.

Good hotel, good location, not 5 star though. Staff friendly and helpful. TV, coffee maker and internet sub par.
